I know I have seen questions about this before but have never encountered this problem til now. First batch of skeeter pee..using a white muscadine slurry. Batch has been in my secondary for 3 weeks now, when checking on it tonight, the crystals are present! :m What are my options? TIA

Whats the temp?
Crystals usually form when the wine is cold. You sure they are crystals?

Generally crystals form when the temp is cooler and the Acid is fairly high. As the temps cool - the acid forms crystals and drop out - this is known as Cold Stabilization.

Like Tom said - are you sure they are crystals?

Do you know what your Acid level was?

I swear I entered a response here last night to this post!!!!! What is the temp in there? I cant see wine diamonds already. I think its just the lemon solids.
