So I made a RJS Cru Select Gewurtztraminer kit that I'm ready to bottle and ended up letting it bulk age for 9 months. The kit says add 1/4 teaspoon of sulphite if aging more than 6 months at bottling. Is it worth adding at this point or too late. What do you guys think?

How do you like the wine? I've made the same kit and the lower level Grand Cru and I think both are really good Gewürztraminer. My wife and daughter love it so I have another Grand Cru to be racked out of primary this afternoon.

Not trying to hi-jack your thread, but we've been very impressed with these kits. Enjoy!

Good to hear. It's the first time I've done this kit. The sample taste good. My wife's favorite wine is Riesling so she's looking forward to it.
