RJ Spagnols Should be common sense but Help

Hi i am going to start 2 lounge kits and want to combine them. Both long island iced tea. First time making them and want to know if i would use both yeast packs. Its ec1118 each kit is 3 gallons.

I would use only one because it's good for up to 6 gallons but remember its a low foaming action yeast

I agree with peaches. Use one packet and keep the other in reserve.
