Heres a conversion calculator I found a while back at grapestompers.com.

I think my hydrometer said to take a reading in the begining at70 Deg and than take a final reading, at 70 deg, as well and do the calculations.
This little calculator will do the math. For example if you start at SG1.085 at 80 deg and finish at .999 at 65deg, it will do the conversions for you. Hope it might help someone.
