selling wine

so this is something i might be interested in doing locally. does anyone sell their wine?

i'm interested in what kind of licenses and/or permits i would need to get and also the where/when/how of selling legally.


any help would be appreciated.

Not sure of the laws ther but around here in Ct. you need to be bonded as a winery and use a certain amount of your own fruit to do that. Then you will have to get a tax stamp, and deal with the ATF!
