OK So I just picked a couple pounds of reds and I want to freeze till I get enough to make a batch of wine. My question is is there anything that I should do before I freeze them? ( need to freeze quick before the kids eat them all

just make sure no snow caps (moldy ones).


I would just put them in a gallon zip lock so you can add as you get more.


You will need at least 5-6#'s per gallon + f-pac.

Thats-what I did. I filled up a gallon zip loc.(almost) I seem to have misplaced my scale but I would guess that I have a couple Lbs.
