smells good... love the yeast action. Now I need to clear up a carboy for it.. bottling 2 gals blueberry tomorrow.. and 3 gal of peach on friday.. Hmm, might have to buy a new carboy.
 
Racked raspberryto secondary last night... sg was 1,027. Did get a lot of lees as you can see in the small bottle to left of weather station. Guess that will be ok. Back corner is the Peach.. Was going to bottle but was a bit cloudy... already added the campden and sorbate.. degassed. Decided to add bentonite yesterday. Certainly got quite a bit more cloudy and off color.. imagine thats normal though.

That cloudiness should settle fast but I really dont know as I hve never used bentonite after fermentation, just in the beginning of every wine to help with pectin haze.
