Pumelo Wine Recipe

Hi Everyone

As there seems to be fresh Pumelo fruit in the market, I thought I'd try making wine out of it. Searches on the web only yield reviews of the wine which declare that it is a good wine. I have not found a recipe though and am hoping that someone on this site can help me as they have in the past whenever I have requested help.

The current plan is to use the standard recipe for citrus fruit wine such as orange and see how it goes. I shall however wait for responses from you before I take the plunge.

Citrus will lack body. One can of Welchs White Grape juice per gallon will remedy this. If you do not want a vinous quality you could nix the grape juice and go for more of a Skeeter Pee variant. Back sweeten to 1.01. and shoot for an avb between 10-12 percent.
