Pruning Vines

We had a very late frost. I recieved quite a bit of damage. Some of my vines produced succers. I was afraid to prune them at that time. Most of my second year vines have now made extensive growth elsewhere. Would you reccomed that I prune the succers back now in late June?

Rich should weigh in on this- he probably will- but I would think that any pruning now in the growing season should be very limited on frost damaged vines. They need all the photosynthesis energy they can get to recover.

I agree, I would just let the vines grow to recover the root reserves and prune next winter/spring.
