Hi, This is my 6th kit. All has gone well so far. Now its summer in Utah and I make the mistake of doing my primary fermentation upstairs where I have all winter. The temperatures got in the mid 80s for sure. Its day 3 and the airlock is still bubbling. I moved it to the basement where the temperatures should stay in the mid 70s. Did I screw this kit up by having it ferment for 3 days in the mid 80s? I am doing a Lodi Ranch 11 Eclipse Cab. Any help would be appreciated. Also it has the grape skins which I am supposed to stir daily. I will miss a few days of stiring it. I wouldn't think that will hurt me too bad.

Thanks Dave

I think you will be fine. If you used the kit yeast it can handle the 80s. It will probably ferment quicker but that's okay.
