Hello- I've made a few Amarone kits in the past that came with powdered Hungarian oak. The lower quality kit I recently purchased did not come with any, so I wanted to add some, but I cannot find a source on line.
Anyone have a source to share? I'm currently in Southern CA, but mail order most of my supplies. Thanks Victor.

I have actually already ordered some of the "shavings" from the link provided, since I could not find powdered. Just surprised the powdered is not available, since the kits from several different producers use the powder, and it seems to work so well.

Thanks,

Maybe an obvious questions but how are pwdered tannins like grand cru etc different than powdered oak in terms of what they will contribute in primary fermentation
