How much Pot sorbate do I add to each gallon of wine to stabilize it
Fermentation ended in January and it is all clear
I have several cleared fruit wine batches that need sweetening and bottling soon

Sounds good Jerry, glad you got to this point. If I ever get to a bottling stage I will have to change my signature.

Going to a wine tasting this coming weekend. Spent 50 skins on beer and I can get in for 10, gonna try to get all the empties. Then I'll have bottles.

100 wines!!!! Thats at least 100 bottles.
