We have had a heat wave in Minnesnowta this week - mid-30s (F) and some of the snowpack is melting!

The crazy thing is March is usually our snowiest month. So it's good that some of the existing snowpack (and it's a lot this year!) melts before then.
Big storm on Thursday, about 6 inches they said on Tuesday and just around 3 on Thursday.
Before the storm, Thursday morning After the storm, Friday morning

It's been like this all winter, real nice, quiet and more fall like than winter. Usually more like the Central Alberta weather.

Did you get the snow squalls? They were never calling for much actual accumulation here in Milwaukee on Thursday, but were predicting heavy snow at limited times. That is what we got, with brief intense snow squalls, but temps a bit above freezing. Like you, essentially no lasting accumulation, but we weren't expecting much...

We had pretty dry air around here so it more or less stopped 5-10 miles south. Had a few flakes for 3-4 minutes, then a little rain.

Up front seat 👍

Nope, LOL This is the one flight we go to the back of the bus on purpose. ABQ ---> Burbank, CA. They added this NS flight about a year ago to accommodate all the film and TV crew traffic. We can now be in SOCAL in 90 mins gate to gate instead of 4 hours and a layover in PHX, DEN, SFO or OAK. Plus the secret is Burbank has no jetways and you can de-plane from both the front and the back of the aircraft. We make it a point to head to the rear and sit a few rows forward as the last row does not decline. Close to the head if need be and also quieter. Off the plane with our carryon bag in 2-3 minutes of the door opening. In an Uber in about 5-10mins time and at the kids house in another 10-15mins.

New place DNS.

Swimmin pools. Movie stars.......... LOL
