OK I added to much "flavor to my Pineapple wine. I would like to add alcohol to it. I was thinking of Everclear. Any other way other than "Parsons Square" or "To Taste"
 
I guess you could close your eyes and pour!

well if your gonna keep it chilled.. stolli vodka we used to put a shot of stolli in a glass of wine and called it ethal short for lethal lol it doesn't interfair with the taste of the wine it just adds a big kick!

That I may do !!! ... LOL. after adding 2 quarts of pineapple juice cooked down to less than a quart the flavor just kicked up a week after to WOW !
 
tom could you take out some of the juice say 2 quarts and dilute the balance down with distilled water,slowly to desired taste,save the balance use it or freeze it.........do sort of a balancing act between dilution and flavor....can be done ,,,,,,,,,,,,,remember one of our meeting topic good wines gone bad,,,same premise only backwards.........
