Primary fermentation complete as of today. SG was .99. Placed into a Carboy with airlock to begin secondary fermentation.

I have to say it has a pleasant taste.

Question: priot to commencement of primary fermentation, I did add peptic enzyme to thr brew.

Should I add more peptic enzyme post primary fermentation?

I do want to give pineapple a try. Do you plan on making this sweet, dry, or something between.
 
I've made a couple pineapple versions, both cleared pretty quickly with out additional pectic or fining agents. Mine started with a pineapple taste and aroma that faded away for a while then came back. I only slightly sweeten.
