I had to make some room in the freezer, for 30 lbs. of pitted cherrys.
I already have a mango in the carboy, almost ready to bottle.
Well I had about 3 gal of mangoes cut up(was about 6 cases).
I added 2.5 gallon's of pinapple juice, and 6 pounds of bananas to them.
Sure smells good.
As of now Ph is about 3.6 and sg is 1.080.
Tomorrow I will check sg and bring it up to about 1.094.
then pitch yeast.(71B-1122)

Gotta love freezer cleanout time. Makes for some interesting wines. Make sure you keep good notes just in case you come up with that great wine. Get done with it and say "Wish I knew how I made that. Kinda have an idea, but." Been there, Arne.

Me too.
I pitched the yeast 24 hrs ago, fermentation going so far.
