I feel like a proud parent of a huge bottle of wine. (I know you all can relate)

I am taking pictures each week, along with my notes..

This one is when I first racked to the secondary

This is seven days later

this one is kind of deceiving on the color because the wall behind it is dark, but you can tell it is clearing since you can see the picture printed on the back of the Carboy.

Very exciting for me..Thank you for all your help!

Looking good, give the carboy a few quick twists a few days in a row to get the sediment from sticking to the sides of your carboy.
