I have done mlf using small wyeast packets. This fall I want to purchase the dry powder that is set up for 66 gallons. Since I am going to be down 3 different 20 gallon batches, is there an easy was to split up the bacteria? For instance 1 tsp of bacteria treats 5 gallons of wine, etc? Thank You
