i have a gallon of peach wine going and was wondering if any one has made a batch and added vanilla to it. if so about how much did you add. use vanilla bean or extract?
any ideas?? thanks
I havent done it, but i would always use a bean because its actually possible to remove "at the right time" as opposed to an extract that wont come out ever
