I just put a bid down, do you think they will take $60,000? LOL

Nice, I think if I had that kind of money, I would just retire. BTW in the lower right corner are winerys for sale in other states, a number of them in PA for you Wade!! lol

Yea, SWMBO was poking around last night "dreaming" about moving out to CA to be closer to kids/grandkids one day......

Here is one just a few miles up the road from me on 65 acres. Picture perfect place on 65 acres with 6 acres of Pinot Noir just now starting to bear fruit. Why would you build something like this a sell it before it even got going? Note they even list the chemistry of the grapes for the first crush! Not bad for NM. Little pricey for me though!

Here is one in Page Springs AZ for a "bargain" compared to the others really. Page is just down the road from Sedona which is just about the most beautiful place there is in the Southwest. Located about halfway between Flagstaff and Phoenix so its climate is a nice middle between mountains and desert. This guy must have thought he was "Gaston" from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. He truly decorated the place with horns! :)

I think I like the place in Paso Robles best. I may be able to come up the the $90,000 but that million-six might be another issue.

Look forward to going back to Paso Robles. Wouldn't it be nice to retire to one of the smaller properties and play around with some wine
