Just wanted to see when everyone does their frist racking. I completed proimary fermentation, pressed and put into carboy's with airlocks. How long do you guys wait to rack the wine off of the gross lee's. I've read anywhere from 1 day to 3 weeks. Bubbles are still going in the airlocks and i pressed when the SG was at 1.0 Thanks
 
I ferment dry in primary. Rack and add sulfite and sparkolloid. 6 weeks later I rack off of sediment and add a pinch of sulfite.

Your gross less yes you want to get off of the wine as soon as you can. Secondary sediment is not as bad.
