Hey everyone. I'm new to winemaking. Looking to make some fruit wines at home, to give away to friends and family during the holiday season. My very first gallon of Pineapple Wine is ready for a bit of clarification and then bottling. Next project is cherry wine, and then onto ginger beer.joined to learn from the experienced vintners. Thanks

How did you get so many bottles of wine (looks like 8) out of something less than a gallon in the jug?

Thanks, Monty. That would make sense. About 3000 ml (3 liters) and that looks like what is in the gallon jug.
