Hi all,
I got reintroduced to the hobby (or is it a lifestyle) in March 2020. Yes the time of so many new hobbies for so many people. I find that I am still loving wine making. I started on cheap kit and quickly progressed to the WineExpert range. I also tried meads several country wines, cider and even Braggot. My interest driven my several home brewers in the US that have youtube channels.
I have now insulated my shed as a brew house, installed two fermentation stations monitored over the internet (because I can) and have a rotaion of corni kegs for my produce.
I have learned alot and eager to learn more.

I love using my Tilt hydrometer (Tilt™ Wireless Hydrometer and Thermometer) to monitor my fermentations. It works great with kits with no skins. I don't think it would work with skins or fruit pieces in the must, but I haven't tried it.
