Those "S" curve airlocks make the most pleasing "plunk" sound as each bubble passes through.

Update: Savignon Blanc is now aging in the dark @ 64 degrees.

Was that oak supplied with the kit? How long did or will you leave it on oak?

The oak came with the kit. The wine was on oak 10 days. Doesn't seem like much does it? We'll have to see. That being said, the taste was pretty good for a young Sav. Blanc.

I bottled this wine on Wednesday this past week. Today, I tried a bottle and I am very happy. This is a nice, crisp wine with a hint of citrus nose. It is pale yellow and quite clear. Here are some pics:
