Well folks, 9/25 is my crush. Here is the menu...

Cab franc...25% sugar
Pinot noir... 24% sugar
San giovese... 26% sugar
Chardonnay... 24% sugar
Mulvisa...26.1% sugar

Don't know ph yet, but will test tomorrow.

Total weigth is 2 tons.

The pinot, malbec, and cab franc were not blended, the rest whent into my brunello.
