Im making the Ventura Noble edition kit and involves a lot of water adding. Has anyone ever used dried elderberries or dried cherries to add flavor and tannins?
The Elderberry has been used many times before, I dont know if Id play with tannins too much with a kit like this as the wine itself may not support the tannin level raised.
