Red or White?
I've made the WE Vintners Reserve Mezza Luna Red twice. First time exactly following the instructions. Second time I added some grape skins in the primary that I reused. They were from CC Zin kit. I also added some raisins in the secondary. Seem to have more body in this second batch, but it is still young, though this one can be drank earlier than most reds.
