I have tried to make maple wine three time now. The first batch came
out strong from too much sugar but still very drinkable and clear. The
second batch was tasty but cloudy with little whit crystals in it. This
last batch is (NOT bottled yet) is a little cloudy but tastes nice as
well. Does anyone have any idea why they may be coming out cloudy?
