I found this chart on another forum ( not EC Krause) which is from Tim Vandergrift . It shows the progress and drink-ability of WE kits. If this is true why buy a cheaper(early drinking kit) when the others either start off so much better or at 3 months are better.

I have seen that chart before. Tim used it in his presentation at Winestock. I wish he would of gave us hand outs of his slides during his talk.

What is that concentrate at the bottom of the barrel ( erm, I mean chart)?

Wine Expert makes a concentrate? Not that I would buy one but never heard of it!

Might be referring to the wine concentrates people buy to add body to their wines. I used a bottle of the red in a batch of Vintner's Harvest Raspberry. It was made by Wine Expert. Maybe they market them in large cans as well to make a batch of wine from.

Thanks Wade, I have not seen this one. Wish they had one for all the kits.

Thanks wade, I have not see this one either, but guess I don'tgo to far from this forum. I've really come to enjoy the Amarone wines, and seeing this chart, it may be time to purchase a Crushendo!

Yeh I thought it was pretty interesting to and thought I should share it!
