The crops are ripening:

What should I do with these blackberries so fine?

A Cobbler? Jelly or Jam?

Or another batch of "Booger Bear Blackberry Wine?

And ohhhh those beautiful golden plums

So juicy and sweet and ripe.

If I had me another gallon or so

I'd start me a batch tonight.

Waldo, Waldo, must have lost his mind

Woke up this morning, and what did he find?

The fruits of his labor, natures bounty abound.

Blackberries andplums kept circling around.

He pondered and pondered and said Oh Damn

Do I make cobbler, Jelly or Jam?

To the PC he went and typed out a post,

They will help me, they love me the most.

The replies where many, but sweet and so fine,

Waldo you know, you gotta make wine!

It's in your blood and what you do best,

Make it now Podner, and bring it to winefest.

Laughing my ass off and rolling on the floor.

There are absolutelyno doubts any more.

The plums and the Blackberries so juicy and fine

will soon be bubbling away, making fine wine.

Waldo woke up today in shear delight
Went to the board, who solved his plight.
Wine it shall be, this fruit shall make
Onto winfest next year, I will take.
I will lift up my glass, and share the round
And watch for the smiles, the nods the sound.
The fruits of the springtime, are plenty and fine,
But wait till the fall, when there’s Muscadines for wine.
I sit back with pleasure, a smile and more
And thank God there’s George…. …..
And the Wine Makers Toy Store

Here's to George and The WineMakers Toy Store

May "Winestock" continue forever more.

From it shall come tales of Lore

Such as have never been heard before.

From far and wide the people shall come

Bringing their wines, made from grapes to plums.

The merriment, laughter and stories shared

And it's all because just one man cared.

Ms Pretzel and Princess, the Smurfe and the Masta

Us newbies are reading but can't learn no fasta'

Our wines sit there brewing our thoughts afar off

The"Med" loves her flowers the "Princess" her fruits

Stinkie makes syrup, cuts woodin his boots.

Smurfe is the teacher and Masta the man

But it's Waldo and Georgewho've the master plan

Ol' Waldo keeps us honest andsteadies the course

It's George who's the leader and our maindriving force

So y'all keep on brewin' and making that wine

cause us "newbies" are learnin' and you folks are just fine.
