Hi there !
I'm going to make a new Batch of Red Wine and I'm going to add the yeast Nutrient to the Must just before adding the Starter .
The direction says : Dissolve the Nutrient in a cup of water and add it to the Must and shake well .
Is it safe that way ?!
I mean , I'm afraid of contaminating the Must .
Shouldn't I boil it before or at least warm it up to 150F and add it after cooling ?!
