Do the vitamins that are in fruit get retained when they are fermented into wine? Not that I'm saying that I'm planning on getting all my vitamins from wine or anything, but I'm just curious.....all those berries in Dragon Blood and all.....do the vitamins get destroyed in the fermentation process, or am I drinking a good shot of vitamin C when I drink my wine?

A large majority of the vitamins, minerals, etc, of the fruits we use does transfer over to the wine - not all of it though. And then subtract anything that the yeast consume during fermentation itself.

So theres a loss in whats left of the pulp
And a loss in what the yeast consume
