My favorites read like an Italian geography lesson.

Nebbiolo (Barolo)
Sangiovese (Brunello)
Barbera (Barbaresco)
Super Tuscan
Amarone
Nero D'Avola

Now I'm looking for kits that are predominately Montepulciano and another that's Friulano (white).

You have very good taste!

I keep telling people I like Big, Smokey Italians.

Which is why I married my wife (but she is not big any more)!

:slp

Your list brought a smile to my face, Geronimo. I think I'll have an Amarone tonight.

Wine Expert also makes a Monte pulling also. It's good, as is the Cru Select. I make one or the other every year.
