I just checked the S.G.

of the coffee wine and fruit coctail wine. I will wait a couple of more days on both and check again. fruit cocktaile 1.000 and coffee a bit higher. I like to see it on the .9 something before racking and stabilizing.
Im taking lots of pictures again in case folks want to see how not to make and bottle wines/or whatevers

Just make sure it is the same SG a few days in a row as we have seen SG's go down as far 0.984.
