How much yeast

I have a 1 gallon Muscadine reciept that calls for 1 packet of Montachet yeast, I am making a 6 gallon batch how much yeast should I use.

The Lalvin yeast I use says that it's good for 1-6 US gallons.

Yeasts breed (bud) so you can use a yeast packet for one, three five six gallons. I have even used 1 packet for 2 six gallon buckets. Only had one packet of the yeast I needed. It just took longer to get up and running. You should limit it to @ 6 gallons though.
