Started a Brewer's Best India Pale Ale yesterday and added 2 lbs of Orange Blossom honey to the wort. Should kick up the the ABV to 7% and add plenty of honey flavor the highly hopped IPA! Also made a good starter using Wyeast American Ale #1056 liquid yeast to kick things off to a good start!
