Help with pics

HELP!!!!! I am about as computer illiterate as they come and I need info on how to size pics to match this site any help is welcome

Thanks for the link, but when I follow those instructions, I do not get an option to resize when I right click on the pictures. We have windows XP home version 2002 with service pack 3 and the only options are

PREVIEW
EDIT
PRINT
REFRESH THUMBNAIL
ETC

Reducing the size of the file also helps for emailing as bigger formats will take longer to send and sometimes even result in timeouts so that program is very helpful.
