I started a nice Sav Blanc kit in early September. It’s been developing nicely. I’ve racked to a carboy, fined, and stabilized. It’s cleared very well. Yesterday, I racked again to get it off the lees. I did a splash racking to help reduce the CO2. Afterwards, the wine has gone cloudy, in spite of being very clear pre-racking. Thoughts on what would cause this cloudiness? After 24 hours, it has cleared somewhat, but nothing like the clarity it had pre-racking. Maybe I’m being impatient? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
