I am now three months into my wine making expedition and have come to one major conclusion. You guys are completely out of your minds. Wait a minute, wait a minute. I mean that in agood way. You will make wine out of just about anything.......seriously. Fruit cocktail, kool aid, hell you'll even make brownies out of wine. And the one thing I need to say to you crazy people. THANK YOU!

I too concur withthe passion I have experienced here on the forum and everyone here has it or will get it sooner later. It shows not only in the wine making but it all the side hobbies and other things we love to do.
