With the kit unpacked, instructions read. I will start my Barolo the first thing in the morning.Wish it turns out as good as I hopedit would.

Got it from George. Vinifera Noble Barolo 10L. Tasted the juice after mixing--fantastic. After making mostely store bought juice wines, this is the way to go. Am already thinking of which kit to make next.

I made this kit last year and it is great! You have something to look forward to. I bulk aged mine for eight months and it was worth the wait. Enjoy!
