I need more room for more wine so I'm going to bottle my S.P. in gallon jugs.Should I cork them and what size cork or screw cap They will be drunk quickly.

You can buy 1 gallon screw caps with plastic seals in the tops.

I've been using 38mm Polyseal Screw Caps for my gallon jugs of Skeeter Pee. You can order them at the Winemakers Toy Store pretty cheap. I haven't had any problems yet, but then again my Skeeter doesn't last that long.

yeah but those don't fit on some of the older gallon jugs

When I ran a store in British Columbia, there were two mouth sizes on the gallon jugs that I saw. Most took the 38mm screw cap that Gumjump mentioned. I never did find a decent cap for the larger mouth ones that Sirs mentioned so i had to recommend a #8 bung. FYI, a #6 bung fit the smaller ones.

BTW, I don't recommend a bung for longer storage.
