was wondering, instead of useing concentrate to back flavor a 6gl batch of apple rasberry how could i make an f pak out of frozen rasberries ant ideas or experiences with this . till now ive only used fruit during fermentation never after stabilizing
 
Thaw the berries, mash em a little, put them in a pot on the stove. Simmer them down til you get a concentrate. Strain the liquid so you get most of the berry mash out of it. Make sure your wine is stabalized by adding sorbate and sulfite, add to the wine. You will probably have to wait for it to clear again. If nothing else, you will have to wait for a time to be sure it does not referment. Arne.
