Finished my first 30 bottle wine kit about a week ago. I did a Kenridge Classic shiraz. I'm very pleased with the end product. I tried a bottle yesterday and it was very acceptable! I shall lay down a few bottles for 3 and 6 months to see how they improve. Many thanks to everyone that gave their input - your advice was very informative and helpful.
Today, I started a vieux du roi, so hope that goes okay. Sorry about the typo, doing this on my new tablet and it's not as easy as my laptop!
