After fining if I want to backsweeten a little more, do I add campden and sulfite again before bottling?

Did you add campden and sulfite or campden and sorbate? how long ago did you add these? Edited by: Rocky Top

geri Campden tablets are sulfites. It is k-meta or Na-Meta in pill form- one tablet per gallon. If you havent added any campden/k-meta lately, be sure to add it now. Then add the k-sorbate to prevent renewed fermentation after sweetending. Next sweeten to the desired amount. I let it sit for a few days just to make sure it hasn't started fermenting again. If all is still well and still, then bottle.

About 3 weeks ago. And added fining stuff last week. Ready to bottle, but think I'd like to sweeten it a bit more. I meant campden & sorbate. Thanks.
