Hi guys

I have decided after much thought to store my wine in carbouy s as I am making a lot as just started and need to get a stock and think this is easier than bottles at the moment. Got about 9 completed after 3 months so been going at it.

I have just purchased a new electric filter rather than my original manual one and just wondered do I filter before bulk ageing or after this just before bottling?

I have the high end Eclipse and Selection Winexpert and now Kenridge showcase kits with a mixture of red and wine

As I'm new I need to start drinking it so maybe will be stored for 6 months or so.

If you are going to filter, it would typically be done after bulk aging. A cloudy wine will plug filter pads quickly.

Thanks chaps once again for your thoughts and help

Regards
