Looks great but why do you ferment in a freezer?
 
It's a chest freezer with a homemade temp controller....I ferment beer and wine in there and keeps temp spot on to what you set.
 
I understand that for lagers but for wines and ales I dont see the need.
 
Most ales ferment best around 65 ish. In most cases if a brew bucket is just left in the open with a room temp of 70, the temp will probably reach upper 70's. White wines, fermented at low 60's almost impossible to reach. I've done successfully the whole swamp cooler approach, but this is a lot easier.
And keeping the temps constant turns out a better final product. At least with beer, not as experienced with the wine. Yet
