I’m no pro, but not a rookie by any means. I’ve made several successful gallons. However, this one has me stumped. I’ve made it before and had zero problems. This time, fermentation started within a couple hours of pitching the yeast. Then the next day it just stopped. I checked PH and it was a little low so I adjusted, got it in a good range and pitched more yeast. Still nothing.

It’s 1 gallon of Concord grape juice.
1 lime peel
1 lemon peel
1 orange peel
1/2 tsp of nutrient
1/2 pkt Lalvin EC1118
8 oz black tea.

Any suggestions?

Did you check the ingredients on the Concord grape juice? There may have been something in there that caused the issue.
