Has anyone else noticed that the wine juices from Erie are higher in acid than others?
I racked a lot of wines yesterday and was taking all the readings and found that these were all at the high end of the acid range except my Vignoles which had a reading of 1.01% acid.
I'll cold stabilize it over the winter and see how much it changes.
Just curious.
