depends upon what your expectations and requirements are. i think at that pricepoint, frozen must, fresh must or grapes makes more sense and will ultimately provide a better end result. but if you prefer the kit methodology where everything is included, instructions are clear and the process is streamlined with minimal testing and adjusting required, then the highest end kits may be right for you.
 
Simple question: Is stepping up to the En Primeur kits worth the money? :mny
Depends on your taste buds, and patience. I quite like the RJS Cru Select kits and they do not require as much patience, ie aging, as the En Primeur. Of course, the EP are probably better quality, and include grape skins (with most reds).
