I made this one by the book and it was excellent. Haven't had one for a while and the old memory is not what it use to be. It did not taste like a typical chard. I would make it again without hesitation. The sauv blanc in this line will similiarly surpise for being different. The Pinot Grigo is light but nice. I use it to top up kits if I need a white and dont have the same wine.
